Hearings before the European Court of Human Rights

On 12 February 2025 the European Court of Human Rights held hearings in cases concerning EU-Belarusian border crisis. The Rule of Law Clinic submitted third party interventions in two cases: H.M.M. and Others v. Latvia and C.O.C.G. and Others v. Lithuania.
